David Calcei is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in public practice. He is the principal of the accounting firm Icon Financial Management and has significant experience in the provision of taxation, corporate and consultancy services to small to medium sized entities and public companies, principally in the resources sector. He has also been involved in the acquisition and management of property development and investment syndicates over the last 15 years.

Mark Calderwood

Mark Calderwood has over 30 years’ experience in exploration and minerals production management, havining played a key role in the discovery of several world-class gold deposits including Edikan (Perseus, Ghana), Kibali (Barrick-AGA, DRC) and Tarmoola (King of the Hills, Western Australia). He was CEO of Perseus Mining Limited during its transition from a micro-cap explorer to a $1.6B, ASX100 listed gold producer.   Mr Calderwood has also had considerable experience with LCT pegmatites, lithium exploration and mine development.

Colin Carson

Colin Carson has been involved as a director of ASX listed minerals industry companies since the 1990s.  He was an executive director of Perseus Mining Ltd from 2003 until 2019 and has extensive experience in joint venture negotiations, minerals industry transaction structuring, project financing, company listings and reviewing taxation and mining laws in West Africa.  Colin is active in seeking African minerals exploration opportunities and investment in African projects.  He is a director of the industry body Australia-Africa Mining and Energy Group Ltd (AAMEG).

Robert Perring

Robert Perring is a qualified mineral exploration geologist who has worked in a diverse range of geological terrains within Australia, South America and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia).  He has held senior technical and corporate positions in Normandy Mining Limited (General Manager – Exploration) and Newmont Mining Limited (Director of Exploration – Australia and New Zealand) where he implemented innovative exploration strategies that culminated in the discovery of several new mineral resources (e.g. Moolart gold deposit, in production). He has also been a director of ASX-listed companies Legend Mining Limited, Equus Mining Limited and Manhattan Corporation Limited.
